Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Option Technologies Solutions International, LLC, doing business as Liquid Mercury (“Liquid Mercury,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit www.liquidmercury.com and its subdomains (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

This policy covers the Site only. If you use a Liquid Mercury product or service under a separate agreement, that agreement and any privacy terms in it also apply.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact or demo request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit.

We also use the following tools:

• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics only sets analytics cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner. Advertising storage stays turned off either way. The Google tag is served through our own domain.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which report page views and page performance in aggregate without using cookies.

If you accept analytics, we also keep the campaign details from the link that brought you to the Site (the source, medium and campaign name) in your browser’s session storage for up to 30 minutes, and include them if you submit a contact form during that visit. Your cookie banner choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page.

Newsletter

The Saliba Signal newsletter is published on Beehiiv. If you subscribe, you do so on Beehiiv’s site, and Beehiiv’s privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry, schedule demos and provide information you asked for;
• send you updates about Liquid Mercury, where you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• understand how the Site is used and which campaigns bring visitors to it;
• operate, secure and improve the Site, including detecting spam and abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies on the Site.

We share information only:

• with service providers that work on our behalf, such as Vercel (hosting), HubSpot (contact management) and Google (analytics), who may use it only to provide services to us;
• with our affiliates, where needed to respond to you or provide the services you asked about;
• when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Liquid Mercury, our users or others;
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business; and
• with your consent.

How long we keep information

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you or another legitimate reason to keep it, such as following up on your inquiry. After that we delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the providers listed above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Your choices and rights

• Cookies: you can accept or decline analytics cookies in our cookie banner, and you can clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time.
• Marketing emails: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@liquidmercury.com.

Depending on where you live, including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as the right to receive a copy of your information or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and where the law allows, an authorized agent may make a request for you.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professional investors. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, including our product subdomains, social media profiles and Beehiiv. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we will post a more prominent notice on the Site.
